In recent years, stories about immigration have topped national news and sparked sometimes painful debates about whom to welcome into our nation and how many to welcome.

In the meantime, behind the scenes, Nicole Whitaker, a Hereford High graduate, has been working to support individuals as they work through the immigration process.
