Nicole Whitaker, a Towson solo practitioner, is going in the fall to the South Texas Family Residential Center in Dilley, Texas, one of the largest immigrant detention facilities in the country, as a volunteer with the Dilley Pro Bono Project to help migrants with their asylum claims and to serve as an advocate.
